5+ years experience in handling request for Transmission, De-mat, Duplicate & Deletion, preferably from RTA industry. Ability to manage 10 to 15 team members.
Responsible for entire processing of Registrar & Transfer Department.
Excellent E-mail drafting / coordinating with clients.
Lead the team and support them to resolve the issues.
Ensure the team provides timely service to the clients.
Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries.
Coordinating with other intermediaries, to solve the client specific queries or other requirements.
Ensuring timely closure of service request within time as specified by Regulatory Authorities.
Independently handling the escalations from Clients & intermediaries. Requisites & Responsibilities:
Leadership & Problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Capital market.
Regulatory guidelines /procedures.
Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PPT.
Good English communication skills (both reading & writing).
