Job Description

Qualification & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in Transaction Advisory
  • Experience in Direct Tax or Transaction Advisory preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Succession Planning engagements.
  • Assist in transaction structuring, evaluation, and execution for clients across industries.
  • Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, concept notes, and opinion papers.
  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support business transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics.
