Job description :
- Develop comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on leadership development and skill enhancement.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership skill assessments, personality and cognitive evaluations to identify development needs and succession planning.
- Develop, maintain, and integrate competency frameworks that define skill, behavior, and performance standards for roles and leadership levels.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to conduct training needs analysis and translate findings into targeted learning solutions.
- Use advanced analytics and reporting tools to measure training effectiveness, learner progress, and impact on business performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the creation and facilitation of learning programs including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and blended modalities aimed at leadership and employee development.
- Support talent management initiatives such as onboarding, career development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Stay current on trends in assessment methodologies, competency modeling, leadership development, and learning technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in L&D roles with demonstrated expertise in leadership assessment, competency frameworks, and data analytics.
- Strong Project management skills
- Strong knowledge of leadership development theories, personality and cognitive assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, DISC, cognitive ability tests).
- Experience designing and implementing competency frameworks and linking them with training and performance outcomes.
- Proficiency in using LMS, data reporting software, and training evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex training data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certifications in psychometric assessments or leadership coaching are a plus.
