Experience
- 812 years of experience in teacher training, curriculum development, or school leadership.
- Experience in large-scale education programs or CSR initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with CBSE and state curriculum, NCF, and NEP 2020.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of pedagogy and adult learning principles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and multi-location programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
Role Purpose:
To lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of teacher training and capacity-building programs across Satya Bharti Schools. The role involves strategic planning, curriculum alignment, pedagogical innovation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of training interventions that enhance classroom practices and student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Design
- Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with academic goals and NEP 2020.
- Design competency-based teacher development modules for foundational, preparatory, middle, and secondary stages.
- Integrate inclusive education, digital pedagogy, and experiential learning into training content.
Program Implementation
- Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for teachers, school leaders, and academic coordinators.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and classroom observations.
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure training translates into improved classroom practices.
Capacity Building & Mentoring
- Build internal capacity of master trainers and resource persons.
- Provide mentoring support to teachers through school visits, demo lessons, and reflective practices.
- Promote peer learning and professional learning communities (PLCs).
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Develop tools for pre- and post-training assessments.
- Maintain training MIS and dashboards for reporting and analysis.
- Use data to refine training content and delivery methods.
