General Summary

The Manager, Total Rewards & Wellbeing, APAC will play an important role in shaping Danaher Diagnostics Platform's Total Rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives across the APAC region.

You will be a part of the Diagnostics Platform Global COE with focus on APAC leading holistic total rewards and wellbeing activities across Radiometer, Cepheid, Hemocue, Leica Biosystems, Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.

You are a seasoned Total Rewards leader in delivery and improvement, having track record

of leading and contributing to complex Total Rewards and business transformations. You have advanced knowledge of compensation, benefits, perquisites and wellbeing market practices, solid networking capacity and vendors management experience all over the spectrum, working in matrix organizations.

You will be responsible for contributing to the global Diagnostic Platform strategy, developing and implementing APAC Platform strategy and OpCo Total Reward strategies in your remit. You will also drive excellence and best in class business acumen, partnering with OpCo leaders to support and ensure the Total Reward strategies are aligned with business priorities.

You will be collaborating with wider APAC and Global Total Rewards team to ensure common team goals are met, and drive the culture of team work and collaboration. Being a team player, you will naturally prioritize team goals, and putting Total Rewards and wider HR function reputation first.

You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and ready to be agile to evolving Total Rewards operating model.

II. Key Responsibilities

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Total Rewards delivery: Manage delivery aspects such as the annual compensation cycle(s), job levelling, policy harmonization, and evaluating career tracks in partnership with talent management. Ensure consistency and fairness in compensation structures, driving associate engagement and satisfaction, Support offer letters activities, and Workday data related enquiries and reporting from HRBPs leveraging AIenabled tools to improve data accuracy, modeling and workflow efficiency

  • Employee Benefits Programs: Desing and manage benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans and other ancillary benefits using industry best practices and market intelligence. Ensure programs align with corporate strategies and deliver strong value to associates supported by datadriven and AIassisted insights.

  • Wellbeing Programs: Implement wellbeing initiatives tailored to the cultural, social and health needs of APAC associates. Use assessments, feedback and AIsupported insights to identify priorities. Monitor results through data metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure Regional Compliance & Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure programs comply with local labor, tax and benefits regulations. Stay current on legislative changes and adjust policies and processes as needed.

  • Total Reward Communication Strategies: Develop clear, accessible communication and training plans to build employee and manager understanding of Total Rewards. Create simple, engaging materials and deliver regular learning sessions, using AI tools to simplify content, tailor messages, and enhance understanding across diverse audiences.

  • Business Change Support: Lead Total Rewards activities related to business change, expansions and other regional and global initiatives, providing modelling and consultation to senior HR leaders.

III. Requirements for this position

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Educational Background: University degree with progressive 7+ years of specialized experience in compensation and benefits
  • Total Rewards Design Expertise: Strong understanding of innovative Total Rewards design principles and practices, and M&A.
  • Broad Knowledge of Associate Benefits Programs: Including health and retirement plans.
  • Broad Knowledge of Wellbeing Programs: Including mental and physical health initiatives, leave of absence programs, including disability, and workers compensation.
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Project Management Skills

Travel: occasional domestic travel required

Language: Fluency in written and spoken English
