Manager (Performance, Rewards & Benefits)

As part of our team member of the TGCH Human Resource, we are seeking for a detail-oriented incumbent to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across compensation, benefits, budget management, performance management, claims and billing administration.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage key initiatives across Performance, Rewards & Compensation, and Benefits. The successful candidate will co-drive annual performance and compensation cycles, provide strategic HR advisory, strengthen governance and operational excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver people-focused solutions that support organisational goals and workforce effectiveness.

Job Description:

Performance

  • Co-lead the end-to-end annual performance management and promotion cycle, including planning and execution of timelines, calibration exercises, moderation panel discussions, communication of outcomes, and other related activities.
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and effective delivery of all stages of the performance management process.
  • Ensure compliance with cluster-wide performance management policies, rating distributions, calibration principles, and guidelines.
  • Analyse performance outcomes and trends to provide insights and recommendations that support talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with relevant workgroups.
  • Ensure timely reporting and maintenance of performance management data in HRIS systems.

Rewards & Compensation

  • Manage annual compensation-related exercises, including salary increments, bonus payouts, Ministry-led remuneration reviews, and other related initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll for the respective compensation exercises and ensure compliance with cluster policies, guidelines, and governance requirements.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders and workgroups on key rewards initiatives, including policy reviews, benchmarking, analysis, and investigative work.
  • Provide expert advisory and guidance to HR teams on compensation policies, practices, and guidelines.
  • Manage the planning, preparation, and monitoring of budget exercises, including expenditure tracking against approved budgets, supporting annual budget planning, and working closely with Finance to ensure proper budget allocation and adherence to governance requirements.

Benefits

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for employee benefits-related matters, providing advice and support to stakeholders.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders and workgroups to drive benefits-related initiatives, policy enhancements, and implementation of new programmes across the cluster.

  • Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience, in performance management, compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload, be well organised and multi-task in a smart and timely fashion.
  • A team player with strong verbal, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
