Lead tele collections for housing portfolio to improve early bucket collections
Manage pre delinquency campaigns through external vendors
Implement startegies and processes apropos the voice of customers received through different campaigns
Lead strategic initiatives like OD / LPC collections through tele collections team

Manage partners and implement autoimated tools for seamless customer experience
