Job Description

Lead squad activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint delivery
Deliver high-quality frontend features for Advanced Analytics and PULSE web applications along with mobile solutions using React Native
Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices through code reviews
Leverage Agentic AI tools (code assistants, automated testing, and code generation tools) to accelerate development and improve productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Contribute to frontend and mobile architecture and maintain reusable, scalable components
Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and code quality through automation and AI-assisted workflows
Support monitoring and performance tracking of frontend applications using tools like AppDynamics
