We have an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.

Job Description – Manager (Technology)Position

Location - Borivali east (Mumbai)

Working days - 5 days

Budget - 20lpa ( Fixed + Variable)

Experience Required

  • 5–8 years of overall experience in software development and technology solutions.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a technology team and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager – Technology with a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and managing Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise, people management skills, and project execution capabilities to lead technology initiatives aligned with business objectives.

The role requires an individual who can effectively manage a small engineering team while working closely with business, product, and external technology partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Marketing Automation and CRM platforms to support business processes and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage integrations between CRM/MarTech platforms and internal/external enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external vendors to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Utilize Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, resource allocation, defect tracking, and Agile project execution.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development practices and modern engineering tools to improve development productivity, code quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and provide architectural guidance to the team.
  • Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills Mandatory

  • Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following Marketing Technology and CRM platforms:
  • Claud
  • LeadSquared
  • HubSpot
  • WebEngage
  • Zoho CRM
  • Salesforce
  • Experience in application development, platform customization, workflow automation, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, authentication mechanisms, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in Jira.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent) and AI-assisted software development practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, system design, debugging, and performance optimization.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Proven experience leading a small engineering or technology team.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including business teams, product managers, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Ability to prioritize competing business requirements and manage multiple technology initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
