CoE Core Platforms - Technical development & solutions
Responsible for managing Core Flexcube applications delivery Change request as per banks initiatives and provide support strategy of technology by achieving objectives and goals. This role involves in providing solution to business functional requirements and manage end to end delivery for the bank. FLEXCUBE functional Role - (70% Pure Functional and 30% may be technical). The exposure to functional can be higher than specified but cannot be less than 70%.Responsibilities includes doing POC, testing, guiding the business users and delivering prompt service by providing high quality of support & delivery.
- Subject Matter expertise in at least 3-4 modules in Flexcube e.g. Core, CASA, FT, Consumer Lending, Interest & Charges, PC and Trade Finance etc
- Manage a diversified team of professionals both onshore, offshore and outsourced who are responsible for critical applications delivery & support bank wide.
- Responsible to understand the BRD and effectively convert the business requirements to Functional specifications and manage end to end delivery
- Conduct system analysis and provide support to the business needs of the bank.
- Functional expertise in the assessment of issues and initiatives to support and enhance systems with concern manager.
- Review business requirements against existing and proposed systems and Analysis of functional requirement change impact to existing systems.
- Helping the development team in explaining the Banking concept and to verify for the correct issues resolution/functionality developed by the team
- Ability to prepare Test Cases and its test data for executing test cases for internal bank changes without testing team support
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) arising from production system disruption and ensure no impact on production due to change deliveries
- Prepare and maintain documentation describing custom configuration and parameterisation of 3rd party provided solutions.
- Responsible for Service Optimization, Delivery excellence with proven expertise
- Focus on regulatory, control & audit requirements and manage all known risks related to team and systems that can impact security of data, system downtime, incidents etc.
- Responsible to Plan, execute and manage the employee engagement activities for the team.
- Full compliance with the change management process for all production rollouts.
- Engineer / Post Graduate with 10+ Years of experience in FLEXCUBE with exposure to all functional areas of FCUBS.
- Having hands on experience in FCUBS V11.x version(Upwards) is a BIG plus
- Knowledge of Banking domain is a must with Very good exposure to Retail Banking and Channels
- Should have done the business analyst role in any banking project (FCUBS).
- Knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL programming is must
- Should have worked as part of functional consultant in Bank's Product Designing with respect to Business requirements
- Strong understanding of SDLC process
- Strong inter personal communication skills
- Experience of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels
