Principal Consultant / Senior Business Analyst Project Delivery Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Principal Consultant / Senior Business Analyst Project Delivery Lead to drive AI/ML-led digital transformation initiatives for high-tech clients. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, and involves leading end-to-end deliveryfrom problem definition and hypothesis building to solution implementation and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-driven transformation projects across business functions such as customer experience and service operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into structured, actionable solutions.
- Formulate hypotheses, identify relevant data, and design and execute experiments to validate assumptions.
- Analyze results and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Apply AI/ML and advanced analytics concepts to guide solution design, including exposure to Generative AI and emerging approaches.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to operationalize models and translate outputs into business actions.
- Develop structured problem-solving frameworks and roadmaps to address complex challenges.
- Drive project planning, governance, risk management, and execution using agile methodologies.
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment, communication, and adoption of solutions.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring clear requirement communication, effective task allocation, and timely delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 610 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, project delivery, analytics, or applied data science.
- Proven experience in AI/ML or data-driven transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking with a hypothesis-driven and structured problem-solving approach.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical business applications.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments.
- Exposure to domains such as customer experience, service operations, or supply chain (preferred).
Technical Skills
- SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Python for data analysis, experimentation, and prototyping
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for analysis, modeling, and executive communication
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools
- Awareness of modern AI/ML tools and platforms, including emerging areas such as Generative AI
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
- Curiosity to explore and apply emerging technologies to real-world problems
- Ownership mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact
