The Team

We are looking for a hands-on Technology Transformation leader who thrives in high-impact, fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems at the intersection of technology, business, and AI. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy, build executable roadmaps, and drive outcomes across IT, Cloud, and AI-led transformation. This is not a pure strategy role - you will be expected to own delivery, influence decisions, and make transformation real.

How You Will Contribute

  • Own Client Outcomes
  • Partner closely with CXOs to define technology and AI transformation priorities
  • Translate business goals into pragmatic, executable strategies and roadmaps
  • Lead end-to-end engagements—from diagnosis to implementation support
  • Bring structure to ambiguity and drive measurable business impact
  • Drive Technology Strategy & CIO Advisory
  • Define enterprise IT strategy, digital and AI transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals
  • Develop IT Operating Model to enable AI-first strategy & product-centric delivery
  • Conduct enterprise maturity assessments (IT, Cloud, AI, Digital)
  • Technology spends analysis and tech debt reduction
  • Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, and investment strategies
  • Define and execute cloud platform transformation journeys
  • Work alongside client teams to turn strategy into execution
  • Drive Enterprise Architecture evaluation and recommendations
  • Shape GenAI and Agentic AI strategies grounded in business use cases
  • Identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI opportunities
  • Bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and enterprise adoption
  • Build the Practice
  • Contribute to growing the business—from shaping proposals to closing deals
  • Develop differentiated points of view in AI and technology transformation
  • Mentor junior team members and help build a high-performing, entrepreneurial team
  • Play an active role in defining what we do next as a practice

Qualifications


  • 8–12 years in technology consulting, strategy, or transformation roles
  • Strong grounding in IT strategy, CIO advisory, and cloud transformation
  • Exposure to GenAI / AI use cases and a clear point of view on where it creates value
  • Experience owning workstreams or entire engagements in lean teams
  • Ability to operate in unstructured environments with high ownership
  • Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and client-facing skills
