Job Description

1. Manage and expand the existing Teachers Training Program to empower the teacher to impart better education
2. To identify experts, mobilize them to conduct a teachers Training program and give benefits to maximum numbers. Conduct impact assessment periodically of trainings and making necessary changes to improve the quality of the workshops
3. To manage Nav Disha online platform for teachers, acquaint teachers with latest development, new trends of teaching, new changes in educational policies, curriculum, etc. through NavDisha Portal from time to time
4. To empower the teachers and school leaders for their professional growth and development
5. To develop content on social media, so as to it reach and benefit maximum teachers and help them to enhance their skills and knowledge (Developing video clips, YouTube video, etc.)
6. To improve network with the existing Teachers Training Coordinators for conducting maximum workshops
7. To handle the operations by instructing, analysing, evaluating the teams performance.
8. To contribute and support to the shared strategic vision of the Teachers Training Programme
9. Track existing coordinators progress using a range of indicators and respond to findings
10. Requires travelling related to work
