What You'll Own
- Design end-to-end training journeys: onboarding → demo readiness → paid class readiness → refresher training
- Build certification criteria, readiness checkpoints & training SOPs
- Create demo & paid-class training modules that drive engagement, conversion & retention
- Use audit data & performance trends to design targeted retraining interventions
- Build and maintain a training content library — decks, rubrics, role-plays, assessments
- Leverage AI tools to scale content creation & personalize teacher development
- Lead and calibrate a team of trainers as the function grows
- Partner with Quality, Academic Ops, Hiring & Customer Success to close feedback loops
What You Bring
- 4–7 years in teacher training, L&D, academic operations, or capability building
- Strong grip on pedagogy, online classroom delivery & teacher coachingData-first mindset — comfortable with sheets, dashboards & trackers
- Excellent facilitation, feedback & stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; B.Ed/M.Ed or instructional design certification a plus
