Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced taxation professional to manage the organization's Income Tax and GST functions, ensuring timely statutory compliance, accurate reporting, tax reconciliation, and effective coordination with consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Income Tax, GST & TDS compliance and filings.
• Handle GST returns, ITC reconciliation and tax reconciliations.
• Manage tax notices, assessments, audits and queries.
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors and internal teams.
• Review tax implications of business transactions.
• Track tax law changes and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• CA preferred with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, assessments and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, Excel and stakeholder-management skills.
• Media/Advertising/Broadcasting experience is an advantage.
