D Key Result Areas

  • Proposition design and implementation
  • Collaborate with Tata Group organizations to identify opportunities for partnerships
  • Conceptualize and design propositions / solutions relevant for customers, employees, and vendors for partner organizations
  • Implementation and go-to-market of designed propositions
  • TES Project Management
  • Drafting project plans
  • Allocating and aligning resources for project deliverables from internal functions and external organizations
  • Monitoring of projects and ensuring adherence to project schedule
  • Ensuring project delivery
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project actionable
  • Proposition pitches
  • Understand TATA AIA and competition product propositions and design pitches for partner discussions
