About the Team

The Human Resources and People Strategy team at Navi manages the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development. They partner closely with both tech and non-tech business teams to design and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a thriving, high-performance organizational culture.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Tech Talent Acquisition to lead Navi's technology hiring efforts. In this role, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives across Engineering, Data Science, and other tech functions; playing a critical role in helping Navi achieve its bold growth ambitions. This isn't just about filling roles; it's about building high-performing teams that can shape the future of financial services in India. You'll lead a team of recruiters, champion best-in-class hiring practices, and foster a culture of speed, innovation, and quality across all tech hiring mandates.

What We Expect From You

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports company goals and growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
• Oversee the entire lateral recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for technical and tech leadership roles.
• Employ innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology platforms to build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement recruitment processes that ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
• Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with internal teams to attract top talent and enhance the company's brand reputation.
• Manage the talent acquisition budget to ensure optimal use of resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually enhance the talent acquisition function.

Must Haves

• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on top-tier tech talent hiring.
• Proven track record in people and performance management.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective recruitment strategies for both technical and tech leadership roles across industries.
• In-depth understanding of the tech recruitment landscape and awareness of emerging trends in talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams that consistently deliver results.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed hiring decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
