Job Description

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Working closely with the Business Head, this role ensures that the talent acquisition process effectively attracts, identifies, and hires top talent to meet the business's current and future needs. TA will also foster relationships with internal stakeholders and build a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy Development:

.Collaborate with the Business Head and BHR to create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports business objectives and growth.

.Analyze workforce needs and develop recruitment plans that address skill gaps and future talent requirements.

.Stakeholder Engagement

.Build and maintain strong relationships with the Business Head and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide insights on talent market trends.

.Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and recruitment processes.

Recruitment Process Management:

.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.

.Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Employer Branding:

.Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent, including creating engaging job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and social media content.

.Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership and Development:

.Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance their effectiveness and professional growth.

.Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of talent acquisition efforts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

.Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

.Prepare regular reports for the Business Head and HR leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.

Compliance and Best Practices:

.Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational recruitment policies and practices.

.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition implement innovative approaches to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Collaboration with BHR, CoEs & SSC:

.Work closely with HR internal stake holders to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and alignment with onboarding processes.

.Partner with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive offers that attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Master's degree preferred.

.Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

Skills:

.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques and talent assessment methodologies.

.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

.TA plays a crucial role in driving the organization's talent strategy, ensuring the recruitment process aligns with business goals, and fostering a strong pipeline of talent to support business success.
