Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, India, this role leads hiring execution across GTM and corporate functions. You will operate as a hands-on, player-coach-owning delivery, leading a team of recruiters, and driving operational excellence. The focus is on predictability, efficiency, and building a recruiting function that scales beyond individual effort.
Responsibilities
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across GTM and corporate hiring
Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results
Build capability through structured coaching, feedback, and day-to-day leadership
Hiring Delivery and Execution
Own delivery against agreed hiring plans, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
Remain hands-on in priority and complex searches as required
Proactively manage demand, capacity, and trade-offs during periods of peak hiring
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner closely with GTM and corporate leaders as a trusted hiring advisor
Translate business needs into clear hiring strategies and execution plans
Influence decision-making using market insight, data, and evidence-based recommendations
Process, Systems, and Data
Drive disciplined, repeatable recruiting processes aligned with global standards
Champion systems-level thinking to improve efficiency, visibility, and outcomes
Use recruiting data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Quality and Candidate Experience
Maintain high standards for hiring quality and candidate experience
Ensure consistent assessment practices and equitable hiring outcomes
Success Measures
Delivery against hiring plans for GTM and corporate roles in India
Improved recruiter capability, performance, and engagement
Strong stakeholder confidence and partnership
Clear, scalable recruiting processes with measurable outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience leading or supervising a recruitment team
Strong background in tech sales recruitment
Experience recruiting in a multinational technology environment
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to corporate and broader technology recruitment
Experience operating as a player-coach in a scaling organisation
Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management capability
