Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office

We are now looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition & HR who will own internal hiring end-to-end and act as the custodian of people, culture, and structure within the organisation. This role sits at the heart of the company and directly influences how we grow, perform, and deliver.

The Role

You will be responsible for internal hiring across the entire organisation, while also owning essential HR and people operations.

This is a hands-on role. You will personally source, screen, interview, and close candidates - especially for senior, niche, and high-impact positions. At the same time, you will ensure the company has strong onboarding, clear policies, and dependable people processes.

You will work closely with leadership to understand how the business is evolving and translate that into sharp hiring decisions and strong people practices.

What You'll Own

Internal Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

You will lead and execute hiring for roles including (but not limited to):

Technical recruiters, Non-technical recruiters, Lead recruiters and team managers, Vertical / practice heads, Operations and delivery team, Digital, marketing, and enablement roles or any role that directly contributes to the core of the business

Your responsibility is not just filling roles, but ensuring each hire strengthens the company.

This includes:

  • Deep understanding of role expectations, hiring bar, and cultural fit
  • Writing clear, credible, and role-specific job descriptions that candidates can trust
  • Hands-on sourcing using networks, referrals, platforms, and direct outreach
  • Conducting structured interviews that assess capability, intent, and long-term fit
  • Closing candidates with clarity and conviction

Hiring Strategy & Leadership Partnership

  • Work closely with founders and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Advise on team structure, role clarity, and hiring priorities
  • Maintain hiring discipline without slowing the business down
  • Ensure consistent hiring standards across teams and levels

HR & People Operations

  • Own onboarding, documentation, policies, and compliance
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for employees on people-related matters
  • Bring structure, organisation, and follow-through to day-to-day people operations

  • You have strong hands-on experience in internal hiring, preferably in recruitment or staffing companies
  • You understand how to hire recruiters, leaders, and support teams effectively
  • You are comfortable sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing on your own

  • You communicate clearly and directly - with candidates and leadership
  • You take ownership naturally and don't wait to be told what needs to be done
  • You care deeply about hiring quality and long-term fit

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR operations
  • Experience hiring for internal roles within recruitment, staffing, or people-driven businesses
  • Ability to independently manage multiple hires across functions and levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
  • Bangalore-based and open to working full-time from office
