The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and geographies. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality, diverse talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience and maintaining close partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate communication.
- Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, including roles up to managerial levels, while building a diverse talent pipeline.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Conduct structured intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and hiring timelines.
- Partner with functional Directors, Country Managers, and General Managers to align expectations and guide hiring decisions.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies leveraging digital platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Lead targeted sourcing for niche and hard-to-fill roles through market mapping, networking, and direct outreach.
- Stay updated on talent market trends, candidate profiles, and compensation benchmarks to attract top talent.
Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare monthly reports to share insights with stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
Employer Branding & Engagement
- Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates
Your Profile
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years with global recruitment experience, preferably within a global or matrixed organization.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong growth mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (corporate language).
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Collaborative team player who actively contributes ideas and improvements.
- Motivation to build a long-term global career within a regional or global talent acquisition team.
