Role: Lead and manage end-to-end bank loan processing, including strong domain knowledge on Loan Syndication, Fund Accounting, Bank loan Trading and reconciliations. Also will be additional, experience in Bank loan Reconciliation and Trading.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 35-45 FTE in bank loan processing, ensuring efficient and accurate operations. Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Loan Syndication, Fund Accounting, Bank loan Trading, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to bank loan operations. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front office, middle office, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and monitor risk associated with bank loan operations, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.
Criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- 12+ Years of overall experience in Capital market products, with at least 4-5 years of experience in Bank Loan operations
- Highly experienced in Loan Syndication, CLO, CDO, cash and position reconciliations, Bonds, Equity and fund accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
