Manager Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for profitable growth of Sustainability/ESG services aligned with global Knowledge business strategy
• Create business plans and strategies to secure new contracts
• Build networks with key players and stay updated on external market trends
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Design business and marketing plans for sustainability/ESG services and new markets
• Oversee marketing and promotional initiatives
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market share
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet targets
• Provide technical product support to sales staff
• Track emerging trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Act on leads from operations and share updates
• Refer business opportunities to other lines when needed
• Promote and practice safe behavior in alignment with SGS safety policies
• Uphold SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times
