Manager - Sustainability

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

• Design and implement organization-wide sustainability strategies, policies, and objectives aligned with business and environmental goals.
• Conduct assessments of environmental, social, and economic impacts, identifying areas for innovation and improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, leadership, regulatory bodies, community groups, and customers to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Build partnerships that support environmental and social sustainability goals.

Environmental Management

• Lead programs focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, pollution control, and emission management.
• Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations.

Resource Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve resource efficiency and implement measures to reduce waste across operations.
• Drive initiatives such as recycling, sustainable material sourcing, and responsible consumption practices.

Carbon Footprint Reduction

• Define and execute strategies to reduce the company's carbon footprint through renewable energy, carbon offsetting, and emission tracking systems.
