About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven professional to support and advance Sustainability and CSR initiatives at Croma. This role will primarily focus on circularity initiatives as well as employee volunteering programs.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for someone who is passionate about sustainability, community engagement, and translating ESG strategy into effective on-ground execution. The role requires strong execution capability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving measurable ESG outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Circularity & EPR Program Management
- Drive execution of circularity initiatives, with a strong focus on waste management and EPR compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective collection, processing, and reporting of waste related data
- Monitor program performance against defined targets, KPIs, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, traceability, and impact
CSR & Employee Volunteering
- Plan and execute employee volunteering programs aligned with CSR priorities
- Manage partnerships with NGOs and implementation agencies for CSR initiatives
- Drive employee engagement through structured volunteering campaigns and participation initiatives
- Track impact and participation metrics to strengthen program effectiveness
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Onboard and manage external partners, NGOs, and vendors for sustainability and CSR programs
- Work closely with internal teams to enable execution
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and sustainability objectives
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Track, validate, and analyze key ESG metrics and KPIs related to circularity and CSR
- Maintain documentation and data required for EPR compliance and audits
- Track industry trends, best practices and benchmarks
- Gather insights on new regulations, technologies, and best practices
- Support ESG disclosures and reporting (BRSR, GRI) with accurate data inputs
Required Skills and Attributes
- 3–5 years experience in sustainability and CSR (circular economy, waste management, CSR, volunteering preferred)
- E-commerce/retail exposure and understanding of business models preferred
- Experience in ESG strategy development and execution preferred
- Familiar with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (BRSR, GRI, CDP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Understands cross-functional dynamics and emerging trends
- Detail-oriented with a focus on timely delivery of projects
- Self-starter and highly motivated individual
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Power BI
