Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for Global Supply Chain Control Tower | New Products Cell | Inventory Controller | Supply Chain Projects. The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end visibility across the supply chain to enable effective monitoring, prioritization, and resolution of critical issues in real time. The role also supports strategic and tactical supply chain initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business continuity across businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • A Supply Chain Control Tower enables organizations to understand, prioritize, and resolve critical issues in real time more effectively. The Supply Chain Control Tower is designed to provide deeper end-to-end (E2E) visibility across the supply chain.
  • Responsible for handling Global Supply Chain Control Tower activities across businesses for Alkem, including:
  • Inventory control and management
  • Supply chain improvement projects
  • AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and LRP (Long Range Planning)
  • New product launches and R&D batches
  • Change management and de-risking projects
  • Strategic and tactical planning including IBP implementation and AVDs for CMOs
  • Drive and support initiatives focused on real-time visibility and effective supply chain coordination across functions.
  • Ensure proactive collaboration with partners for improved execution and issue resolution.
  • Support prescriptive and predictive decision-making to strengthen supply chain planning and responsiveness.

Education Background & Experience: MBA + Graduate with 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain preferably in pharma industry.
