Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain Analytics Capability Roadmap:
- Strong Analytics Backbone will be a strategic differentiator of BPS Supply Chain and hence this role will help PS Supply Chain LT build a strong and rolling 3-year Analytics Capability Roadmap.
- Ensure the roadmap is in sync with BDX ISC priorities, PS SDA, PS ISC etc. and is resourced for success.
- Update and review the roadmap with PS ISC SC LT to ensure achievement of milestones in timely manner.
- Deliver on Key Supply Chain Deliverables around S&OE, IBP and other Critical Business cycles:
- Helps in gathering and structuring information related to S&OE, IBP and other Critical Business cycles (OTIF, BO, PPA, Order commitments, Inventory projection etc. to name a few)
- Focus on developing actionable insights utilizing various sources of information to help drive efficiencies and performance across the Supply Chain organization.
- Contributes to process harmonization and improvements across the four verticals, focusing on excellence through automation (STO auto-deploy, commitment tool process, One planning tool)
- Simplify information management and ease of flow of information.
- Supply Chain Point of Contact for analytics collaboration within BioPharma Systems and with BDX Organizations:
- Collaborate and drive alignment on various analytics projects, tools etc. with PS internal and BDX stakeholders.
- Also, act as a communication agent within PS Supply Chain to drive visibility to the performance, recognition etc.
- Performance Management:
- Enable smooth cycle management delivering data on time in full
- Deliver a Supply Chain Performance and CX Dashboard
- Drive Continuous Improvements focusing on Automation and Simplification
Education And Profile:
- Master/bachelors - Engineering degree in Supply Chain (Planning, Supply Chain)
- 5-8 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning
- Supply Chain planning & MPS Planning
- Logistics Understanding
- Inventory Management
- APICS certification or equivalent (Optional)
Required Skills:
- Proficient with SAP ECC & SCM, Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Remote network management (Global key stakeholders)
- Good understanding of the Supply Chain End-To-End
- Working in B2B industrial environment will be a plus
- Ability to drive changes in complex international matrix environment
- Business & finance acumen and ability to build scenarios / business case
- Cross-functional leadership
