Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless business operations.
Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives where required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supplier strategies with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve cost efficiencies and value for the organisation.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and legal requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks within the supplier network to safeguard the supply chain.
Utilise data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimise supplier performance.
Lead and mentor a team to achieve procurement and supply chain goals effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Supplier Relationship Management should have:

A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within professional services.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of compliance, contract management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Leadership skills to guide and develop a high-performing team.
A relevant educational qualification in business, supply chain, or a related field.
