What will you work on
. The role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding about the Pan-India Q-commerce operations (10 min delivery in 125+ cities) . The person will be responsible for providing superlative delivery experience (including speed perception, quick delivery, on-time delivery among other metrics) on Instamart . Expedite root cause analyses/insight generation against a given recurring use case through automation/self-serve platforms . Work with Operations, Business, Product and Analytics to identify the core problems in each city and underlying reasons in the delivery operations . Design solutions in collaboration with Operations/business team to resolve such issues Setup processes to keep such issues under control . Pilot ideas, define success metrics, and turn learnings into playbooks . Benchmark with competition for all delivery operations metrics and provide comprehensive insightsWhat you need to have
. MBA or Equivalent degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field 2-4 years in top-tier consulting, strategy, high-growth startup, or operating roles . Experience in eCommerce, retail and customer experience businesses is preferred but not mandatory . Hands-on experience on any data manipulation tools (SQL, Python, Excel etc.) . Exposure to BI Platforms like Power BI, Tableau etc. would be a plus
What do we expect from you
. Strong problem-structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking comfort navigating incomplete information . Experience handling multiple challenging priorities and driving projects to timely completion . Advanced proficiency in Sheets/Excel ability to build robust analytical models. SQL/Python familiarity is a must . Proven cross-functional influence and stakeholder management, including senior leadership . Exceptional Communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex, data-driven insights to senior business leaders . High ownership, bias to action, and sound judgment comfortable with time-sensitive work
