The Manager - Strategy & NPI will drive the end-to-end development of new products, from identifying consumer and market need gaps to concept creation, validation, and final launch. The role requires strong analytical skills to translate insights into viable product opportunities and strategic recommendations. It involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Finance to ensure timely and seamless execution. The role also involves driving product line extensions, cost optimization initiatives and reformulation to improve portfolio profitability/meet consumer needs.
