- Opportunity Identification : Surface the problems worth solving and the opportunities worth pursuing with business leaders.
- Initiative Delivery : Own cross-functional initiatives from alignment to execution - tied to clear business outcomes.
- Business Cases : Translate strategic ideas into financial impact and structured recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build alignment across teams; drive adoption of new thinking and new ways of working.
- Insights & Reporting : Deliver crisp updates that give leadership the clarity to make fast, confident decisions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strategy & Business Acumen
- 3–5 years in corporate strategy, consulting, or strategic planning.
- Builds strong business cases; evaluates trade-offs with commercial rigour.
- Works comfortably through ambiguity to a clear point of view.
AI & Innovation Fluency
- Understands how AI reshapes business models; assesses opportunities strategically.
- Experience with transformation or innovation programs.
Communication & Influence
- Turns complex information into narratives that move leadership to act.
- Influences without direct authority; trusted across functions.
Education
- Master's in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
- Candidates from premier institutes such as IIT, IIM, or ISB will be preferred and considered an added advantage.
