Role Description
We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused professional to join our team as Manager - Strategy & Operations (International Business).
This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations and global market expansion - driving performance across international markets and strengthening commercial execution.

Experience: 4-6 years
Preferred Industry: Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare / Adjacent sectors
Key Responsibilities
* Drive execution of growth strategies across international markets and improve channel performance
* Act as a central connector across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
* Lead product registration, rollout and post-launch optimization across global markets
* Track performance through dashboards, KPIs and structured business reviews
* Provide insights on sales, pricing, margins and inventory to support business planning
* Strengthen commercial operations including pricing, contracts and market analysis
* Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives
* Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing and logistics for seamless order execution
Key Skills
* Strong strategic thinking and commercial operations understanding
* Experience in market analysis, forecasting and performance tracking
* Strong stakeholder and cross-functional management skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to drive structured execution in a matrix organisation
