Manager - Strategic Sourcing

Job Responsibilities

• Source local material suppliers and assist in integrating suppliers into the AVL.
• Analyze MPMS policies and local resource advantages based on MPMS requirements.
• Execute localization strategy and build the local supply chain map for India's consumer electronics industry.
• Collect MPMS-related policy information of competitors and deliver corresponding analysis reports.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of working experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Familiar with sourcing activities and possess proficient English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in sourcing.
• Experience in interpreting PLI policies or supporting government implementation of PLI schemes.
• Deep understanding of Chinese and Indian cultures, with work experience in both Chinese-funded and Indian-funded enterprises.
