LXL Ideas Group is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead — Brands & Alliances

LXL Ideas Group is one of India's most credible education innovation organisations. Our work has reached 30 million+ children across South Asia and the Middle East. We carry 7 National Film Awards from the President of India and are recognised in UNICEF's State of the World's Children Report 2022.

Our ecosystem includes School Cinema (1,000+ schools across 4 countries), SCIFF (India's only international school film festival), Krayon (school experience productions), Mentor Magazine, and TAISI — the national body for international schools.

We are expanding our dedicated partnerships function. This is a founding commercial role.

What this role owns:

This sits at the intersection of Brands, CSR, Education, Youth Engagement, and Strategic Alliances.

You will open doors independently, build relationships with senior decision-makers, co-create structured proposals, and own the full journey from first conversation to long-term collaboration — across sponsorships, brand partnerships, CSR alliances, institutional tie-ups, and IP-led growth initiatives. You will work across the entire LXL ecosystem. This is not a single-vertical sales role.

You will thrive here if you:

— Think in partnerships, not transactions — Understand how brand and CSR budgets are structured — and how to position opportunities for both — Are comfortable with outbound business development and do not wait for warm leads — Move fluidly between strategy conversations and execution realities — Take ownership without being managed toward it

Relevant backgrounds include:

Brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, experiential or media BD, festival partnerships, CSR alliance-building, or agency-side commercial roles with revenue ownership.

We value: commercial intelligence, relationship depth, communication quality, and the ability to build genuine trust with senior stakeholders.

We do not value: activity for its own sake, dependency on warm pipelines, or a preference for managing over building.
