Collaborative Philanthropy Foundation (CPF) is an impact-driven Section 8 Company that builds on the legacy of OneStage (Registered as Charities Aid Foundation India), a trust with over two decades of experience. CPF serves as a facilitator and implementer, offering consultancy and management services for a diverse range of stakeholders. These include corporations, CSR boards, civil society organizations, and philanthropic foundations. Designation: Manager - Strategic Partnerships

Location: New Delhi (Barakhamba Road)

Position Overview

The candidate will ensure that organization produces quality proposals to target institutional & corporate funders in a timely and organized fashion. The candidate must be highly organized with the ability to implement systems and follow-up processes, use independent judgment and produce a quality work within timelines. Previous experience will demonstrate a proven track record of identifying and securing new funding opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare proposals and grant applications for institutional foundations, corporates and various other funding agencies.

Identify new funding sources and conduct prospect research.

Understand institutional history and programs and ability to summarize into well written proposals.

Write and submit grants in collaboration with the internal teams.

Building a robust pipeline of funding. Develop, foster and maximize relationships with institutional and corporate funders.

Maintain thorough knowledge of current and planned programs and priority initiatives for the purposes of accurately and persuasively communicating achievements and goals to prospective donors.

Follow up with grant-making organizations during their review of a submitted grant application to supply additional supportive material if requested.

Maintain and implement funding calendar activities, including cultivation and reporting activities.

Work closely with other units of the organization, particularly the Programs,Communications, Finance, and organization's global alliance to ensure organizational fundraising is represented and positioned appropriately.

Help grow and strengthen organization's brand and reputation as a provider of strategic advice and thought leadership, demonstrating how we add value to our corporate clients.

Qualification & Experience:

4-8 years of experience as a grant writer & fundraiser for a non-profit organization.

Deep understanding of the role of philanthropic donations in achieving social impact and change.

Excellent communication skills to represent organization to companies, foundations and governments.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
