About the Role-
MARS Cosmetics is looking for a sharp, analytical professional to join its Corporate Strategy team. This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape growth priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and structure investment, M&A, and partnership opportunities across categories, channels, and markets
- Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis for potential deals
- Develop business cases and investment memos for new ventures, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Support deal execution — from opportunity screening through negotiation, structuring, and integration planning
- Track market, competitor, and category trends to identify spaces and inorganic growth levers
- Support annual planning and leadership reviews with strategic and financial inputs
- Prepare decision-ready presentations and investment papers for senior stakeholders and board-level discussions
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, or corporate development/M&A
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills
- Commercial mindset with interest in beauty, consumer products, and digital commerce
- Ability to independently drive deal processes and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CA/CFA preferred
