Job Location: Mumbai/Nagpur (Hybrid/Remote) 

Experience: 4 to 8 Years 

Work Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST (As per Eastern Standard Time) – Fixed Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic partner within the Office of the CIO to provide direct strategy and presentation support. The ideal candidate is a big-picture, lateral thinker who can develop compelling narratives, anticipate challenges, and operate independently with executive-level judgment.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Partner directly with the CIO (and senior leadership) to develop strategy and shape the narrative behind it. 
• Build compelling, original executive presentations and decks — hand-crafted stories that engage and inform, not AI-generated or templated decks. 
• Start from desired outcomes and goals, and construct the narrative backward from there, rather than working off a checklist of tasks. 
• Translate budgets, financials, and complex data into a meaningful story that goes beyond the spreadsheet — numbers used in service of narrative, not just analysis. 
• Collaborate effectively across the executive team, sharing ideas and building buy-in on strategic direction. 
• Manage own workload independently, exercising sound judgment with minimal oversight. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

• Big-picture, lateral thinker with strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills. 
• Prior experience at a leading global consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, or equivalent).  
• Proven experience supporting senior executives with strategy and presentations. 
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen. 
• Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently. 
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling narratives from scratch. 

What we are not looking for: 

This is not a communications or marketing role, but a strategic role focused on creative problem-solving and executive support.
