Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager- Strategic Alliances & Partnerships, based in Dehradun. As a key player, you will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing partnerships to drive mutually beneficial business opportunities. Daily tasks include creating and executing strategic alliance plans, managing relationship-building efforts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure partnership goals are met, evaluating partnership performance, and identifying new growth opportunities that align with FACE Prep's overall objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances to identify, build, and sustain meaningful partnerships
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Strategic Partnerships to maintain and cultivate long-term collaborations
• Experience in Business Planning and strategy execution to align partnership goals with company objectives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment
• Experience in the education, skill development, or EdTech sectors is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth through partnerships
• Immediate joiners who can reliably commute or relocate to Dehradun only can apply.
• Should be an individual contributor for the region
• Should own car & license
• Must be open for extensive travel for business requirements
