Material Scheduling:
To workout with IT to fix minimum & maximum level of stock in SAP for auto generation of Indent.
Ensure that physical stock at any given point of time should match with SAP stock in all stores.
Work out monthly & weekly demand of child parts (top 15 items) send it to purchase.
To maintain monthly & weekly plan vs receipt status and share MIS.
Escalate any short/ excess material receipt to purchase and management as & when it happens.
Incoming: Ensure material receiving and allocation of lot no. of each part no to maintain traceability & FIFO.
Create robust FIFO mechanism in all stores wherein FIFO number is linked to SAP no. (Creation virtual storage location in SAP).
Ensure that all material is stored in exact location as per FIFO number.
Draft & implement clear work instruction in all stores area indicating ok and NG storage conditions.
Identify dead store storage area in each store and ensure its monthly disposal & clearance.
Issue of Material: Material required for box packing/ RM/ general material/ consumables should be in locked storage area and to be issued as per FIFO against requisition slip and entry in SAP in all stores.
In bought out cycle store material to be transferred to virtual store, truck loading-TRLD (already created in SAP).
Explore and implement VA/VE ideas, Kaizen to generate cost savings by applying automation, productivity, improvement & manpower savings etc.
Ensure work place safety culture is implemented and adhere to thereby achieving zero accident policy.
General: Ensure that all dispatch related shortages are completed and handed over to dispatch in time.
Manpower mapping of stores departments.
Implementation of best practices (FIFO/Traceability etc).
To maintain personal log book.
Checking departmental log books.
To perform other duties assigned from time to time assigned by management.
Ensure 4M availability in all stores for sales target completion.
