Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager Store to lead overall store and warehouse operations at the Shivare Plant. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for inventory control, warehouse management, ERP implementation, reconciliation activities, and team handling, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall store operations, including team management and day-to-day coordination
- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, material movement, and space optimization
- Ensure strong awareness and handling of child parts (Electronics & Mechanical) used in manufacturing
- Monitor and control inventory management, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, and audits
- Prepare and review MIS reports related to inventory, consumption, aging, and discrepancies
- Handle EMS child-part reconciliation, ensuring alignment between physical and system stock
- Lead and support ERP implementation and stabilization, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence
- Manage scrap handling, including identification, segregation, documentation, and disposal as per policy
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and safety standards
- Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Finance teams
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in Store, Warehouse, and SCM operations in a manufacturing/EMS environment
- In-depth knowledge of electronic and mechanical child parts
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory modules
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good analytical, reporting, and reconciliation abilities
- High attention to detail and process compliance
