This is a full-time onsite role for a Manager - Statutory & Tax Audit based in Mulund West. The position requires at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. The manager will lead audit teams, oversee statutory and tax audits, and ensure compliance for mid to large size clients.

• Lead a team of interns, allocate tasks, and oversee audit engagements.
• Plan, execute, and monitor statutory and tax audits ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Independently manage and execute statutory and tax audits and ITR filings for mid to large size clients.
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and tax computations for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely completion of audits by setting deadlines and resolving bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with clients for audit requirements, address queries, and provide recommendations.
  

• Chartered Accountant qualification is a must.
• Experience managing statutory and tax audits for listed entities is a must.
  

• Strong expertise in statutory audit is a must.
• Proficiency in tax audit is a must.
• Experience with ITR filing is a must.
• Ability to manage and mentor audit teams is a must.
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills is a must.
