WE ARE HIRING | SECTION HEAD – DEEP PROCESS (SOLAR GLASS)- MUNDRA

Company: Vishakha Renewables Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Deep Process operations to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
• Manage glass cutting, edging, washing, inspection, and other downstream processing activities.
• Ensure product quality, improve glass yield, and minimize rejection and breakage.
• Monitor process parameters, production efficiency, equipment performance, and downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, safety compliance, and 5S practices.
• Lead and develop engineers, supervisors, operators, and technicians.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in Deep Process operations within Solar Glass, Float Glass, or other relevant glass manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of automated glass processing lines, production planning, quality control, and team management.
• Candidates with direct Solar Glass manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Experience: 10–16 years in Glass Manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline.
