About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring for leadership and executive roles for a leading real estate developer. The role will be based in Noida and will closely partner with business and HR leadership to build strong leadership pipelines across functions.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive-level hiring across functions

Drive executive search mandates with a strong focus on quality and time-to-hire

8–14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to executive hiring

Strong headhunting, competitive hiring, talent mapping and passive candidate sourcing capabilities

Candidates MUST have experience in executive hiring and talent mapping. Preferred from Real Estate/Construction/EPC/PMC or top Staffing Firms.
