About The Role
Job Summary
The Project Management Expert is responsible for managing large technical projects or processes with limited oversight. This role includes providing technical and analytical guidance, coaching junior professionals, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
This job profile is intended for recognized subject matter experts in a job area. Required to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.
This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex technical projects from planning to execution.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource estimates.
Conduct risk analysis and monitor project progress.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
Ensure quality standards and review project deliverables.
Liaise with users to gather and document requirements.
Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables when applicable.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 8–10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
