Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Hiring Sales Manager/Sr Manager – Online Degree Sales to lead and scale our Degree Sales vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue, managing high-performing sales teams, achieving enrollment targets, and optimizing conversion funnels.This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and deep experience in EdTech Degree Business

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Target Management

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets for Online Degree Programs.
  • Develop and executesales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Monitor daily sales metrics – Leads,Connects, Counselling Sessions, Conversions, Revenue.
  • Improve team productivity and funnel efficiency.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Academic Counsellors / Sales Executives.
  • Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Drive performance improvement plans (PIP) for low performers.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs include conversion rate, cost per enrollment, revenue per counselor.
  • Analyze funnel drop-offs and optimize sales processes.
  • Work closely with Marketing for lead quality and campaign feedback.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and learner behavior.
  • Support in scaling new Degree launches and expansion initiatives.

Sales Excellence

  • Ensure high-quality consultative selling approach.
  • Improve pitch quality, objection handling, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 7+ years of B2C Sales experience in EdTech industry(Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience (minimum 10–20 team members preferred)
  • Experience in selling Degree Programs / Higher Education/ Long-term courses
  • Strong understanding of inside sales model & high-ticket sales
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared / Salesforce / etc.)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
