1. Preparation of financial model, Information Memorandum and up dation on timely basis

2. Communicate, coordinate and liaise with lenders for servicing of loan agreement, compliance with conditions of loan agreement, achieve timely disbursement of funds and any other information as may be required by the lenders.

3. Assessment of fund requirement in coordination with project team as per project schedule. Preparation of capital budget and funding strategy in terms of funds based and non-fund based including instruments like BG, LC, etc.

4. Liaison with lenders consultant such as Lenders Independent Engineer, Lenders Legal Counsel, Lenders Insurance Advisor, Special Monitoring Agencies, TEV Consultant etc. and provide information them to finalize the reports

5. Preparation of internal note on the project progress and other related matters.

6. Good understanding of RBI laws and other prevailing laws w.r.t financing.

7. Key skill set : MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation etc.

Educational Qualification: CA / MBA from a reputed institute, with specialization in Finance.

Experience: Overall, 5-7 years experience in a finance role which shall include arranging funds, serving loan agreements etc.
