Job Description

Qualification:

. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical (B. Tech / B. E) or Architecture (B.Arch.).
. Either LEED AP or IGBC AP certification is mandatory.
. WELL AP certification is mandatory.
. 8-15 years of experience in sustainability within the built environment. Of which minimum 3 years in a sustainability consultancy.
. Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives in both Interiors and Buildings. Experience of having worked on both existing and New buildings.
. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sustainability software.
. Experience of delivering ESG reports in various National and International frameworks will be a plus.
