Manager/ Sr. Manager Education & Foundation Programmes

Job Description:-

1. Education: Supporting rural schools, scholarships for deserving students and educational assistance.
2. Women Empowerment: Skill-development programmed in beauty, fashion designing and computer education.
3. Skill Development & Livelihood: Training beneficiaries and supporting them towards employment or self-employment, including linkages with microfinance and placement opportunities.
4. Healthcare: Free health-check-up camps, cataract surgeries, Jaipur Foot support and assistance for people in rural and underserved areas.
5. Community Development: Supporting social and economic development initiatives for underserved communities.

Role Purpose:-

To lead and manage the Foundation and education and community-development initiatives,

ensuring effective Programme planning, implementation, partnerships, monitoring and

measurable social impact across rural, tribal and underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management: Plan, implement and manage education and skill-

development programmed across schools, rural/tribal communities and other

beneficiary groups.

Education and Skill Development: Identify education and vocational skill-

development opportunities and develop programmed covering digital literacy,

computer education, career guidance, employability and livelihood skills.

Project Implementation: Drive end-to-end execution of Foundation initiatives,

including Programme planning, field implementation, timelines, budgets, resources

and coordination with implementation partners.

Institution and School Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with schools,

colleges, government institutions, NGOs, universities and technology/education

partners for Programme implementation.

Training and Capacity Building: Identify, train and develop trainers, teachers and

field resources and ensure quality and consistency of Programme delivery.

Community Outreach: Work closely with rural, tribal and underserved communities

to understand needs and develop relevant education and skill-development

interventions.

Monitoring and Impact Assessment: Establish Programme KPIs, track beneficiaries,

participation, completion and outcomes, and prepare MIS, impact reports and

presentations for management.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Foundation leadership, internal teams,

government authorities, academic institutions, NGOs and external partners to ensure

smooth execution and scale-up of programmed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

experience in CSR, NGO/Foundation, education, social impact or

Programme management.

Experience in education/skill-development programmed, preferably working with

rural/tribal or underserved communities.

Strong project management and field implementation experience.

Exposure to government/academic/NGO partnerships.

Experience managing multiple projects, trainers/field teams and external

partners.

Strong presentation, communication and documentation skills.

Ability to independently manage a Programme from concept → implementation →

monitoring → impact reporting.

A genuine interest in social impact and community development.
