The company works with farmers, FPOs, agri-input distributors, and institutional partners to improve soil health, increase farm productivity, and promote sustainable agriculture.
Position Summary
Vanproz Agrovet is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager – B2B Marketing, E-commerce & FPO Project Management to lead business development, digital sales, and execution of a large-scale soil restoration program involving 55 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) across Madhya Pradesh.
The candidate will be responsible for expanding B2B sales, strengthening e-commerce channels, managing institutional partnerships, and coordinating project implementation with FPOs, government agencies, and field teams. Similar roles in agriculture emphasize B2B market development, digital commerce, and FPO engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Marketing & Business Development
•
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for Vanproz products.
•
Expand dealer, distributor, and institutional customer network.
•
Generate business from agri-input companies, FPOs, NGOs, CSR projects, and government organizations.
•
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
•
Participate in exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and industry events.
•
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. E-commerce Business Management
•
Manage B2B and D2C e-commerce operations.
•
Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
•
Optimize online product visibility and customer experience.
•
Monitor sales analytics and prepare performance reports.
•
Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams.
•
Develop digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team.
3. FPO Soil Restoration Project Management
•
Coordinate implementation of the soil restoration project across 55 FPOs in Madhya Pradesh.
•
Develop annual implementation plans and project timelines.
•
Liaise with FPO CEOs, government departments, NGOs, and partner organizations.
•
Organize farmer training programs, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
•
Monitor product distribution and field activities.
•
Track project KPIs including:
o
Farmer coverage
o
Soil testing
o
Demonstration plots
o
Product adoption
o
Crop performance
o
Carbon farming initiatives
•
Prepare project progress reports for management and funding agencies.
4. Stakeholder Management
•
Build strong relationships with FPOs, distributors, institutional buyers, and government officials.
•
Identify new collaboration opportunities.
•
Support grant proposals and CSR partnerships.
•
Represent Vanproz in meetings and technical workshops.
5. Reporting & MIS
•
Maintain CRM and sales databases.
•
Prepare monthly sales and project reports.
•
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
•
Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
Qualifications
•
MBA (Marketing/Agri-Business/Rural Management) or
•
B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture with MBA preferred.
•
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in:
o
B2B Sales

Project Management
