Manager/ Sr Design Engineer / Engineer

We are looking for hands-on experienced SPM design Engineers for manufacturing and robotics applications. The role involves end-to-end mechanical design, detailing, and coordination with manufacturing and assembly teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Develop SPMs, Jigs, Fixtures and automation systems.
2. Create 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
3. Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD for manufacturing.
4. Perform design calculations, BOM preparation, and tolerance analysis.
5. Coordinate with Electrical, and control teams.
6. Support [prototype development, assembly, and testing.

Required Skills

1. 1-5 years experience in Mechanical Design
2. Strong hands-on SolidWorks (mandatory), AutoCAD
3. Practical exposure to SPM design
4. Knowledge of

• Manufacturing Process
• GD&T basics
• Pneumatics / basic automation concepts

Preferred

1. Experience in Robotics / Industrial Automation
2. Exposure to sensors, actuators, conveyors etc.
3. AI assisted designs
